Shipping:
You can choose the shipping option you prefer when you're checking out. Do just note that during COVID-19, shipping logistics are changing unpredictably and it might take a little longer for your items to get to you.

Refunds and exchanges: 
If your item is defective or damaged, contact me and I'll happily give you a refund or exchange. Other than that, as an independent musician I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Thanks for understanding. :-)

Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
